Tiffany Baran is a content development specialist who specializes in designing, editing, and building content systems that help teams create high-quality work efficiently and consistently.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has worked as an ESL and ELA educator across multiple countries, including Australia and South Korea, where she focused on practical business communication and speaking skills for young professionals. She has also provided communication skills training for diplomats preparing for international relocation. Most recently, she served as an instructional designer in remote education, where she trained educators in best practices for effective teaching and learning. In addition to her work in education, Tiffany has spent years as a writer and content developer, including copywriting for Vogue Australia and developmental editing for novelists.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and English Literature from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Education in English and ESL Teaching from the University of Sydney. She is passionate about using content and learning systems to help young people build the skills they need to thrive.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys gardening and caring for her five animals. She is also a published poet, an international ultimate frisbee competitor, and a former Sydney Pinball Champion, earning the nickname “Pinball Wizardess.”
