Ivan Schustak

Ivan Schustak is the Director of Institutional Advancement at Foundations, Inc., where he leads efforts in resource development to support the organization’s mission, with a focus on network growth and individual and corporate giving.

With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, Ivan most recently served as Director of Communications at South Arts, an Atlanta-based regional arts organization. There, he helped expand the annual budget by more than 400%, played a pivotal role in the creation of the national Jazz Road initiative, and fostered relationships with key stakeholders and funders. Prior to South Arts, he was the inaugural Guest Service Manager at the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix, Arizona, helping build the visitor experience for the $250M institution. He has also held positions at the Georgia Tech Office of the Arts, Pasadena Symphony and POPS, Arizona Opera, and the Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts.

A dedicated arts advocate and supporter, Ivan holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Rutgers University and a Master of Arts in Arts Management from Claremont Graduate University. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their cat, Daisy, in Atlanta. They also love visiting family, especially their nieces in New Jersey.
