Carol Domb supports educational programs that directly impact student learning and partners with talent services to identify strong teachers and leaders. Her work is grounded in decades of experience across instructional, operational, and executive roles in K–12 education.
Carol began her career teaching Special Education for the Chester County Intermediate Unit before moving into school leadership, serving as a School Principal for 20 years in elementary, middle, and high schools across both urban and suburban districts. Carol later spent five years as the CEO of a Philadelphia charter school, guiding organizational strategy and schoolwide improvement efforts.
Driven by purpose and a deep belief in the power of strong leadership, Carol is committed to supporting schools and school leaders who shape meaningful learning experiences for students. With more than 25 years in school leadership, she understands the critical role that effective, steady leadership plays in student success.
Carol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rosemont College, a Master’s in Education Administration from Villanova University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Arcadia University.
Outside of work, Carol enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time at the beach. Carol also loves hosting family gatherings—especially at the shore—where late‑night card games and shared time with loved ones bring her the most joy.
