Brooke Lilley provides executive and administrative support at Foundations, Inc., where she coordinates meetings and events and manages communications with organizational partners. Her work focuses on fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration to support the success of educators and students.
Prior to joining Foundations, Inc., Brooke gained experience in both education and customer engagement. She worked as a paraprofessional and building substitute in a local school district, supporting student learning and classroom operations. She later served as a Customer Engagement Representative, working with families and participants across a variety of youth and adult programs, including the Phillies Baseball Academy, Phillies Phantasy Camp, Jr. 76ers Basketball Camps, and the New Balance Beantown Elite Experience. These roles strengthened her ability to connect with diverse audiences and support meaningful program experiences.
Brooke holds an Associate’s degree in Education from Rowan College of Gloucester County, a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Master’s degree in Sport Management and Athletic Administration from West Virginia University. She is especially passionate about building partnerships and collaborating with others to create opportunities that promote growth and long-term success.
Originally from South Jersey, Brooke enjoys spending time in Wildwood with her family, where she can often be found at the beach, walking the boardwalk, visiting amusement piers, or exploring new coffee spots. A dedicated Philadelphia sports fan, she enjoys cheering on the Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers—whether from home or in the stadium. She also served as a Philadelphia Phillies Ball Girl during the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
