Alicia Park is an Education Specialist in the Office of Professional Learning at Foundations, Inc. She brings more than a decade of experience in teaching, out-of-school time programming, professional development, and nonprofit partnership management to her role.
Before joining Foundations, Alicia led national expansion and professional learning for a program empowering middle school girls to explore technology and build confidence through engaging OST workshops. Her leadership in developing training resources, strengthening partner onboarding systems, and facilitating high-impact learning sessions tripled the program’s annual student reach nationwide.
Alicia began her career as a special education teacher and curriculum designer, experiences that continue to inform her approach to designing professional development that centers equity, access, and student empowerment. She earned her B.A. in Education from Holy Family University with dual certification in Elementary and Special Education.
A lifelong South Jersey resident, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and senior pup, Dottie. In the summer, you can find her down the shore soaking up the sun and sand. She also loves hosting family and friends for lively gatherings, balancing her professional passions with moments of joy and connection.
