Marci Comisky is the Individualized Student Support Coordinator, overseeing our team of certified tutors and working directly with the students and families who receive these support services.  Marci has been a part of the Foundations family since 2003, using her skills to help children graduate from high school and find meaningful future pathways.

Marci’s career in special education and individualized support began in the School District of Philadelphia in 1982.  Marci earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Arcadia University and her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Pennsylvania State University; her current certifications include Elementary/Secondary Principal, Special Education Supervisor, and Special Education Teacher.  In 2017, Marci was honored with the Dr. Alan H. Barson Service to the Profession Award for her lifetime accomplishments in the field of education.

Marci loves to keep active, hitting the tennis courts whenever she has the chance.  She’s also an avid reader – so when tennis isn’t an option, Marci can be found unwinding with a good book.
