Jenn Conner is Director of the Center for Afterschool and Expanded Learning, supporting out-of-school time programs through the design and delivery of professional development. Jenn also collaborates and consults with national organizations on the creation of afterschool content. Before coming to Foundations, Jenn worked with Philadelphia-area youth both in school day and out-of-school time settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Chestnut Hill College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University.
Jenn is addicted to adventure and challenge — she once jumped out of an airplane! One of her favorite parts of her job is the ability to travel across the country, meeting with educators from every part of the United States. Jenn is extremely passionate about her work empowering and emboldening educators; nothing makes her happier than adults leaving a training session feeling valued, challenged, and energized. When she’s not on the road, Jenn can be found at home with her precocious daughter, her husband, and their two dogs.
