Creating a Moment of IMPACT

If you knew that the work that you did had an impact on the people whom you encounter, could the impact that you make become more intentional? The IMPACT 736 workshop is designed to introduce key elements that participants will be able to implement immediately in their school or program. Participants will gain an understanding of why impact is critical in their success and the success of others, acquire the skills on how to put the IMPACT 736 model into action, and build a framework that will encourage desired outcomes and expectations in others. Participants will walk away with the tools to maximize their impact potential, both personally and professionally, and create an atmosphere that will motivate others to thrive in their environment.

The Soft Side of Strong Leadership

Strong leadership skills are much more than understanding spreadsheets, fundraising and organizational growth. True leadership is also filled with the "soft" stuff—effective communication, empathy, vulnerability. Today's workers want leaders who are strong—and to be strong requires a hearty understanding of how to be soft. Explore the softer side of leadership to improve your organizational culture and increase staff productivity. Participants will leave with a toolkit of strategies for increasing effective communication, creating a culture of empathy, and bringing out the best in their staff.
