Tania Pawluk Lazar

Associate Director, Technical Assistance and Training, Center for Afterschool and Expanded Learning

Tania Pawluk Lazar develops and presents the Center's face-to-face and online professional development sessions for out-of-school time educators across the country. Her many interactions with real-world leaders and practitioners help shape the direction of the Center's offerings to the education field. Prior to joining Foundations, Inc., Tania held positions as a Program Officer with New Jersey After 3, overseeing more than 33 afterschool programs, and as a 5th grade teacher in Newark, NJ. She also served an AmeriCorps term assigned to coordinating a Family Friendly Center/America's Read program in Paterson, NJ. Tania's experience spans a variety of roles, including program design and administration, evaluating programs and providing technical assistance, and developing curriculum. Tania holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Monmouth University and a Bachelor's from Rutgers University.
